Retail Sets
These are the Rock Raiders sets that were released for general audiences. They are fairly easy to find on eBay or BrickLink.
Exclusive Sets
The three ‘Mini Heroes Collection’ sets were released a year after the retail sets, and were primarily available through online purchases from LEGO.com. Their prices have skyrocketed in recent years, especially the Chief minifigure who is exclusive to 3347.

4980: The Tunnel Transport (With Flashlight) | Very little is known about this exclusive, other than that it contains a working flashlight and was released in Japan and at least one English speaking country. |
Promotional Sets
These sets were released exclusively in Japan through a promotion with Kabaya. They came packed together inside in a 4-pack cardboard box. Within each cardboard box was a Kabaya sweet and a polybag with the Rock Raiders set.
These are fairly difficult to find. They pop up a handful of times a year on BrickLink or eBay but are quickly purchased.

Video Game
Although the Rock Raiders video game was developed by Data Design Interactive and published by LEGO Media, it was distributed by a bunch of different companies across different markets and countries.
Below is my best-effort attempt to catalog all the different variants of the CDs. I am definitely missing out on some variants. Contact me on Twitter @MerelyRBLX if you discover any I am missing.
